MSL Grange Motors will kindly support the collaboration between Formula Female and Laura Hannon to launch 'Daisy's 1st Race Car' Laura's first book in a series of STEM inspired Children's books that follows Daisy on her journey through Motorsport & STEM.
Formula Female have put together a team of 7 female drivers across three different categories for the Tillotson T4 Karting World Cup this weekend at Whiteriver Karting Park, in Collon Co. Louth. Daisy's 1st race car encourages children to #DreamLikeDaisy, to help the next generation to believe anything is possible and to follow their dreams.
MSL Grange Motors are passionate about closing the gender gap in the Automotive industry and within their own organization. They are continually supporting Formula Female & their initiatives and looking for ways to promote opportunities for females to get involved.
"Daisy's 1st Race Car & the #DreamLikeDaisy message has the power to change the perception of the Automotive and Motorsport industry from a young age. Creating a more gender diverse workforce is important to us at MSL so we are delighted to support Laura and Formula Female on this collaboration Brian Downes" MSL Grange Motors.
"This year we wanted to create a team that embodies the #DreamLikeDaisy spirit and promote the real life girls of Motorsport that are exactly like the character of Daisy. We want to show the next generation what is possible and what they can achieve just like these real-life girls" - Nicci Daly, Formula Female
We would like to thank those who have supported us to put this wonderful team of drivers together. We are looking forward to watching them compete and push the boundaries of what might be possible. #DreamLikeDaisy
Proceeds of the book will go to support the children's services through the Cork University Hospital CUH Charity.
